Ecologia Conduct Spring Assessments for Polaris

Resource Development Group Ltd (RDG) is pleased to announce its subsidiary Ecologia Environment Pty Ltd (Ecologia) has been awarded a contract with Polaris Metals Pty Ltd (Polaris) to conduct several flora and vegetation assessments for their Yilgarn Iron Ore Project in Western Australia.

Ecologia will be following on from previous assessments that were carried out in these areas and the bulk of the work will focus on surveying targeted deposits and haul roads associated with this project.

Lazaro Roque-Albelo, General Manager of Ecologia commented on the win.

“Ecologia has significant experience developing projects in the Yilgarn region, so we are familiar with the types of flora and vegetation that reside in this area. Polaris has appointed us to work on this project based on our experience and our existing relationship with them. Working with Polaris over the past year has enabled us to develop a good understanding of their expectations for this project.”

Ecologia has assembled a high calibre team experienced in botanical surveys in the Yilgarn region, including previous phases conducted for Polaris.

Jeff Brill, Managing Director of RDG commented “Ecologia have once again won repeat work from an important client which is always pleasing. They have been able to provide a high quality service to their clients and maintain a good level of experience and capability within the business which is a good position in a competitive market.”
